Setup and Installation

Safety First: Before beginning any work on your lawn mower, ensure the engine is off, the spark plug wire is disconnected, and the mower deck is disengaged. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including gloves and eye protection.

5. Install New Idler Pulley: Mount the new idler pulley in its designated position and secure it firmly.
6. Install New Deck Belt: Route the new deck belt according to the mower's diagram or the path noted during removal. Ensure the belt is properly seated in all pulleys and tensioned correctly by the idler pulley.
7. Final Checks: Before reconnecting the spark plug, manually rotate the blades to ensure they spin freely and do not contact any part of the deck. Verify all bolts are tightened.

Operating Considerations
