1. Prepare the Area: Clear a flat, level surface for assembly. Unpack all components and ensure they are clean and free of debris.
2. Assemble Side Panels: Connect the front and back panels to the side panels by aligning the interlocking tabs and pressing firmly until they click into place. Ensure the panels are oriented correctly with the woodgrain texture facing outwards.
3. Attach the Base: Once the four walls are connected, carefully place the assembled walls onto the base panel. Align the tabs on the bottom edges of the walls with the slots on the base and press down firmly to secure.
4. Install Hydraulic Cylinders: Attach the hydraulic cylinders to the designated points on the inside of the side panels and the lid. Follow the specific instructions provided in the hardware pack for correct orientation and secure fastening. These cylinders assist in opening and closing the lid smoothly.
5. Attach the Lid: Carefully align the lid with the hinges on the back panel. Secure the lid using the provided pins or screws, ensuring it opens and closes freely.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Opening and Closing the Lid

• To open, gently lift the front edge of the lid. The hydraulic cylinders will assist in smoothly raising and holding the lid open.

• Insert a padlock through the designated hole on the front of the lid.
