Operation

File Transfer and Management (iOS via iKlips App)

1. Accessing Files: Open the iKlips 5.0 app. You will see options to manage files on your device and on the iKlips C.
2. Copying Files to iKlips C:
   • Navigate to the files on your iPhone/iPad within the app.
   • Select the files you wish to copy.
   • Choose the "Copy" or "Move" option and select a destination folder on the iKlips C.
3. Backing Up Data:
   • From the main app screen, select "Backup".
   • Choose specific categories (Photos, Contacts, Calendars, Instagram, Facebook, Evernote) or select "Single Tab Backup" for a comprehensive backup.
   • The app can be configured for automatic backup when a wireless charging connection is established.
4. Viewing Media: The iKlips app doubles as a powerful video player supporting various formats and caption files. You can also view photos and documents directly from the drive.
5. HEIF to JPG Conversion: For HEIF image files (common on newer iPhones), the app provides an option to convert them to JPG for broader compatibility.

File Transfer and Management (Mac/PC/Android)

Once connected, the iKlips C functions like a standard USB flash drive. You can drag and drop files between your device and the iKlips C using your operating system's file management tools (Finder on Mac, File Explorer on Windows, or a file manager app on Android).
