  • Always unplug the dehumidifier before cleaning or performing any maintenance.
  • Do not use the dehumidifier in areas where flammable liquids or gases are stored.
  • Keep children and pets away from the operating unit.

  • Carefully remove the dehumidifier from its packaging. Retain packaging materials for future storage or transport.
  • Place the unit upright on a firm, level surface in the area where dehumidification is needed.
  • Ensure there is at least 8 inches (20 cm) of space on all sides of the unit for proper air circulation. Do not place it against a wall or furniture that would obstruct airflow.

4.2 Drainage Options

Your dehumidifier offers two methods for water removal:

  • Manual Emptying (Bucket): The unit will collect water in its internal bucket. When the bucket is full, the "Bucket Full" indicator will illuminate, and an audible alarm will sound. Carefully remove the bucket and empty the collected water. Reinsert the bucket securely to resume operation.
  • Continuous Drainage (Pump): For extended operation without manual emptying, use the built-in pump.
    1. Locate the drain outlet on the back of the unit.
    2. Attach the provided 16ft (5m) drain hose to the pump drain outlet. Ensure a secure connection to prevent leaks.
    3. Route the hose to a suitable drainage point, such as a sink, floor drain, or outside. The pump can lift water up to 16 feet vertically.
    4. Ensure the hose is not kinked or blocked, which could impede drainage.
