1. Introduction

The VONYX CVB15 is a versatile 2-way bass reflex speaker designed for various audio applications. It features an integrated high-power 800W amplifier, Bluetooth connectivity for wireless audio streaming, a 15-inch high-efficiency woofer, a piezo tweeter for clear highs, and a multimedia player with SD/USB input. Additionally, it includes a microphone input with an echo effect for vocal performances or announcements.

2. Safety Instructions

  • Power Supply: Ensure the power supply voltage matches the rating on the speaker. Disconnect from the mains before cleaning or servicing.
  • Ventilation: Do not block ventilation openings. Install according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Water and Moisture: Do not expose the speaker to rain or moisture. Do not place objects filled with liquids, such as vases, on the apparatus.

5. Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the speaker from its packaging. Retain the packaging for future transport or storage.
  2. Placement: Position the speaker on a stable, level surface. For optimal sound dispersion, consider mounting it on a speaker stand using the integrated pole mount socket. Ensure the stand is stable and can support the speaker's weight.
  3. Power Connection: Connect the supplied power cable to the AC IN socket on the rear panel of the speaker and then to a suitable mains power outlet. Ensure the power switch is in the OFF position before connecting.
  4. Audio Input Connections:
    • Microphone: Connect a microphone to the XLR/6.35mm combi input on the rear panel.
    • Line Input: Connect external audio sources (e.g., mixer, CD player) to the RCA or 6.35mm line inputs.
  5. Power On: Once all connections are secure, switch the power button on the rear panel to the ON position. The display on the media player should illuminate.

6. Operating

6.1. Basic Controls

  • Master Volume: Adjusts the overall output volume of the speaker.
  • Microphone Volume: Controls the volume of the connected microphone.

6.2. Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Insert a USB flash drive or SD card (formatted to FAT32) containing audio files into the respective slot on the media player.
  2. The speaker will automatically switch to USB or SD mode and begin playing the first compatible audio file. If not, press the "MODE" button to select USB or SD.
  3. Use the playback controls (Play/Pause, Next, Previous) on the media player or remote control to navigate your music.

  • CH+/- (CHANNEL): Navigates between tracks or radio channels (if applicable).
  • PREV/NEXT: Skips to the previous or next track.
  • EQ: Cycles through equalizer presets.
  • Numeric Buttons (0-9): Direct track selection (for USB/SD mode).
  • PICK SONG: Selects a specific song number.
  • CH SET: Channel setting (if applicable).

7. Maintenance
