Maintenance
Cleaning the Oven Interior
Always unplug the oven and allow it to cool completely before cleaning. Wipe the interior walls with a damp sponge and a mild liquid cleanser. For stubborn stains, use a non-abrasive liquid cleanser or spray. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads as they can damage the non-stick coating.
Cleaning Accessories
The Air Fry basket, Enamel Roasting Pan, and Wire Rack can be washed in warm, soapy water with a soft sponge. The 13-inch Non-Stick Pizza Pan should be hand-washed to preserve its non-stick coating. The crumb tray should be emptied and wiped clean regularly.
Troubleshooting
- Oven not turning on: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a grounded outlet. Check if the circuit breaker has tripped.
- Food not cooking evenly: Ensure food is placed on the correct rack position as indicated by the function. Preheat the oven fully before adding food.
- Excessive smoke: This may occur if there is food residue or grease build-up. Clean the interior and accessories thoroughly.
- Display not working: Unplug the oven, wait 1 minute, and plug it back in to reset the system.
