Setup and Installation
Before starting, ensure the power is turned off at the circuit breaker. This fixture requires assembly and professional installation is recommended.
- Turn Off Power: Locate the circuit breaker that supplies power to the junction box where you will install the fixture. Turn the breaker to the OFF position.
- Prepare Mounting Plate: Attach the mounting plate to the junction box using the provided mounting screws. Ensure the plate is securely fastened.
- Adjust Chain Length: Determine the desired hanging height for your pendant. Adjust the chain length by removing links as necessary. Thread the fixture wires through the chain and canopy.
- Make Electrical Connections:
- Connect the black wire from the fixture to the black (hot) wire from the junction box using a wire nut.
- Connect the white wire from the fixture to the white (neutral) wire from the junction box using a wire nut.
- Connect the ground wire from the fixture (bare copper or green) to the ground wire from the junction box (bare copper or green) and to the ground screw on the mounting plate.
Ensure all wire nuts are securely twisted and no bare wire is exposed.
- Mount Canopy: Carefully push the wired canopy up to the ceiling, aligning the canopy screws with the holes in the mounting plate. Secure the canopy in place with the decorative nuts.
- Install Bulbs: Screw three E26 medium base bulbs (not included) into the sockets. Do not exceed the maximum wattage of 60 watts per bulb.
- Restore Power: Once installation is complete, turn the power back on at the circuit breaker. Test the fixture to ensure it functions correctly.

Operating Instructions
The Golden Lighting Florence 3-Light Pendant is operated via a standard wall switch (not included). Ensure the correct type of bulbs are installed for optimal performance.
- Turning On/Off: Flip the wall switch connected to the fixture to turn the lights on or off.
- Dimmable Feature: This fixture is dimmable. If you wish to utilize the dimming function, ensure you use dimmable E26 LED or incandescent bulbs and connect the fixture to a compatible dimmer switch (sold separately).
