6. Maintenance

6.1 Changing the Dust Bag
The vacuum cleaner uses S-Bag Classic Long Performance dust bags with a capacity of 3.5 liters. A red LED indicator on the control panel will illuminate when the dust bag is full and needs replacement.
- Power Off and Unplug: Always turn off and unplug the vacuum cleaner before changing the dust bag.
- Open Compartment: Locate and open the dust bag compartment cover.
- Remove Full Bag: Carefully pull out the full S-Bag. The hygienic closing system ensures minimal contact with dust.
- Insert New Bag: Insert a new S-Bag, ensuring it is correctly seated in the holder.
- Close Compartment: Close the dust bag compartment cover securely.


6.2 Cleaning the Hygiene Filter
The E12 Hygiene Filter is washable. It is recommended to clean the filter regularly, or when suction power noticeably decreases.

- Access Filter: Locate the filter compartment, usually at the rear or side of the unit. Open the cover and remove the filter.
- Wash Filter: Rinse the filter under lukewarm running water. Do not use detergents. Gently squeeze out excess water.
