Setup

Initial Pairing

The TOZO T12 earbuds feature advanced Bluetooth 5.3 technology for fast and stable transmission. Follow these steps for initial pairing:

1. Pick up both earbuds from the charging case. They will automatically power on and pair with each other.
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), go to the Bluetooth settings.
3. Search for available devices and select "TOZO-T12" to connect.
4. Once connected, the earbuds will provide stereo sound.

Charging the Earbuds and Case

The TOZO T12 offers convenient charging options to ensure you're always ready to listen.

• Earbuds: Place the earbuds back into the charging case. They will begin charging automatically. The smart LED digital screen on the case displays the battery consumption.
• Charging Case: The rechargeable case can be fully charged in under two hours using a wireless charger or in approximately 1.5 hours with the provided USB-C cable.

Operating Instructions

Touch Controls

The TOZO T12 headphones feature intuitive touch control sensors, minimizing pressure on your ears while providing easy access to various functions:

• Play/Pause: Single tap (X1) on either earbud.
• Previous Song: Double tap (X2) on the left earbud.
• Next Song: Double tap (X2) on the right earbud.
• Volume Down: Hold the left earbud.
• Volume Up: Hold the right earbud.
• Answer/Hang Up Call: Single tap (X1) on either earbud.
• Activate Voice Assistant (Siri/Google Assistant): Triple tap (X3) on either earbud.

Maintenance

IPX8 Waterproof Rating

Both the charging case and earbuds feature an IPX8 waterproof rating, thanks to a nano-coating inside. This makes them resistant to sweat, water, and rain, allowing for use during sports and workouts. You can even clean the earbuds and base with water.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your TOZO T12 earbuds, please consider the following general troubleshooting steps:

• No Sound: Ensure earbuds are charged and properly paired. Check device volume.
• Pairing Issues: Place earbuds back in the case, then remove them to re-initiate pairing mode. Forget the device on your phone's Bluetooth settings and try pairing again.
• One Earbud Not Working: Ensure both earbuds are charged. Try resetting the earbuds (refer to the full user guide for specific reset instructions if needed).
• Charging Problems: Ensure the charging cable is securely connected or the wireless charger is properly aligned. Clean charging contacts on earbuds and case.
