Bluetooth Pairing

To connect your headphones to a Bluetooth-enabled device:

1. Ensure the headphones are fully charged and powered off.
2. Press and hold the Multi-function Button (7) for a few seconds until the Bluetooth Indicator (3) blinks red and blue alternately. This indicates the headphones are in pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth and search for new devices.
4. Select "S6" from the list of available devices.
5. Once connected, the Bluetooth Indicator (3) will turn solid blue or flash slowly. You will hear an audible confirmation.

Operating Instructions

Basic Controls

• Power On/Off: Press and hold the Multi-function Button (7).
• Play/Pause: Press the Multi-function Button (7) once.

Wired Mode (AUX Connection)

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your headphones, try the following solutions:

Factory Resetting

If the headphones fail to pair, have different volumes on each side, or experience music delay, a factory reset may resolve the issue:

1. First, "forget" or "unpair" the "S6" headphones from your device's Bluetooth settings.
2. With the headphones powered on, press and hold both Volume Buttons (+ and -) simultaneously for 5 seconds.
3. You will hear "deng" twice, and the Bluetooth indicator will flash purple once.
4. The Bluetooth indicator will then blink red and blue alternately, indicating it's ready for pairing again.

Common Issues and Solutions

• No Sound / Low Volume:
  • Ensure headphones are powered on and connected.
  • Increase volume on both the headphones and your connected device.
  • Note for Android users: Due to software compatibility, the earbud volume control may not synchronize with the device on some Android phones, resulting in low maximum volume. Increase the volume directly on your phone.
• Bluetooth Disconnection:
  • Bluetooth automatically turns off when the Type-C Charging Cable is plugged in or when the AUX Cable is plugged in.
  • Ensure the headphones are within the Bluetooth range of your device.
  • Re-pair the headphones if necessary (refer to Factory Resetting).
• Headphones Automatically Shut Down:
  • The headphones will automatically shut down if there is no connection for 10 minutes.
  • They will also shut down if the battery voltage drops below 3.2V (low battery). Charge the headphones.
• Apt-X vs. SBC:
  • Under normal circumstances, audio will be played in SBC format. If your music source supports Apt-X format, the headphones will prioritize using Apt-X for higher quality audio.
