Safety Information

Always observe the following safety precautions:

Setup and Installation

The AgraTronix PW200 is designed for easy installation. Follow these steps for optimal performance:

  1. Mounting: Securely mount the energizer in a dry, protected location, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Use appropriate fasteners for the mounting surface.
  2. Grounding: Install a proper ground rod (not included) at least 6 feet into the earth, away from other utility grounds. Connect the energizer's ground terminal (typically marked with a ground symbol or "GROUND") to the ground rod using insulated wire. A good ground system is crucial for effective fence operation.
  3. Fence Connection: Connect the energizer's fence terminal (typically marked with a lightning bolt or "FENCE") to your electric fence line. Ensure all connections are tight and secure. The PW200 is compatible with high tensile wire, poly-wire, poly-tape, poly-rope, and poly-braid fences.
  4. Power Connection: Once all fence and ground connections are made, plug the energizer into a standard 110V AC outlet. The unit can also be operated using a 12V battery (adapter/cables not included for battery operation).

The energizer features a fence voltage indicator LED, which will illuminate when the unit is properly powered and delivering voltage to the fence.

Operating Instructions

The AgraTronix PW200 operates continuously once plugged in. No user intervention is required for its primary function.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and effectiveness of your fence energizer.
