4.1 Front Panel

  • FM ANTENNA: Connect the included FM antenna for radio reception.
  • AUX Input (RCA): Connect external audio devices using RCA cables.
  • DVD Input (RCA): Connect DVD players or other audio sources using RCA cables.
  • LINE Output (RCA): Connect to another amplifier or recording device.
  • MAIN SPEAKERS (Banana Binding Post): Connect your passive speakers (8 Ohms recommended).
  • POWER Input: Connect the power cable to a suitable AC outlet. Includes a 110V/220V voltage selector switch.

5. Setup

Follow these steps to set up your RXM7BT receiver:

  1. Placement: Place the receiver on a stable, flat surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit to prevent overheating. Avoid placing it near heat sources or in direct sunlight.
  2. Speaker Connection: Connect your passive speakers to the "MAIN SPEAKERS" banana binding posts on the rear panel. Ensure correct polarity (+ to + and - to -) for each speaker. The unit is designed for 8 Ohm speakers.
  3. Audio Source Connection:
    • RCA Devices (AUX/DVD): Connect your audio sources (e.g., CD player, TV, DVD player) to the "AUX" or "DVD" RCA input jacks on the rear panel.
    • USB Drive/SD Card: Insert your USB drive into the front USB port or your SD card into the front SD card slot.
  4. FM Antenna Connection: Connect the included FM antenna to the "FM ANTENNA" terminal on the rear panel. Extend the antenna for better reception.
  5. Power Connection: Before connecting the power cable, ensure the 110V/220V voltage selector switch on the rear panel is set to the correct voltage for your region. Then, connect the power cable to the receiver and a wall outlet.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Power On/Off

Press the POWER button on the front panel to turn the unit on or off. The digital display will illuminate when the unit is powered on.

6.2 Input Selection

Press the INPUT button on the front panel or the remote control to cycle through available audio sources: Bluetooth, USB, SD Card, AUX, and DVD. The selected input will be shown on the digital display.

6.3 Bluetooth Pairing

To connect a Bluetooth device:

  1. Select the "BT INPUT" mode on the receiver using the INPUT button. The display will show "BT INPUT" and the Bluetooth indicator will flash, indicating it's in pairing mode.
  2. Enable Bluetooth on your mobile device (smartphone, tablet, etc.) and search for available devices.
  3. Select "RXM7BT" from the list of found devices.
  4. Once paired, the Bluetooth indicator on the receiver will stop flashing and remain solid. You can now play audio from your device through the receiver. The Bluetooth range is approximately 30 feet.

6.4 USB/SD Card Playback

The RXM7BT supports playback of .mp3, .wav, and .wma files from USB drives and SD cards up to 32GB.

  1. Insert a USB drive into the USB port or an SD card into the SD card slot on the front panel.
  2. The receiver will automatically switch to USB or SD input mode and begin playing the first compatible audio file.
  3. Use the CH- and CH+ buttons to navigate between tracks.

6.5 FM Tuner Operation

To listen to FM radio:

  1. Select the FM input mode using the INPUT button.
  2. Press the FM SCAN button to automatically scan and store available FM stations.
  3. Use the CH- and CH+ buttons to manually tune to specific frequencies or select stored stations.

6.6 Microphone Usage

The RXM7BT features dual microphone inputs for karaoke or public address applications.

  1. Connect up to two microphones to the MIC1 and MIC2 1/4" jacks on the front panel.
  2. Adjust the overall microphone volume using the MIC.VOLUME knob.
  3. Fine-tune the microphone's bass and treble using the MIC.BASS and MIC.TREBLE knobs.
  4. Add an echo effect using the ECHO knob.

6.7 Audio Adjustment

Use the following controls to customize your audio output:

  • VOLUME: Adjusts the overall output volume.
  • BASS: Increases or decreases the low-frequency response.
  • TREBLE: Increases or decreases the high-frequency response.
  • BALANCE: Adjusts the volume balance between the left and right speakers.
