Setup
Unpacking and Initial Placement:
- Carefully remove all packaging materials.
- Place the coffee machine on a stable, flat, and dry surface, away from heat sources and water.
- Ensure adequate ventilation around the appliance.
Water Tank Filling:
- Remove the 1.7-liter water tank from the back or side of the machine.
- Fill the tank with fresh, cold drinking water up to the MAX level indicator.
- Reinsert the water tank securely into its position.
Bean Hopper Filling:
- Open the lid of the 250g bean hopper located on top of the machine.
- Pour fresh coffee beans into the hopper. Do not overfill.
- Close the lid firmly to preserve aroma.
Milk Tank Connection (for milk-based beverages):
- Fill the 500ml Full Latte milk tank with fresh milk.
- Connect the milk tank to the designated port on the machine, ensuring a secure fit.
First Use and Rinsing:
- Plug the appliance into a grounded power outlet.
- Turn on the machine using the main power switch.
- The machine will perform an automatic rinsing cycle. Place a container under the coffee spouts to collect the water.
- Once the rinsing cycle is complete, the machine is ready for use.
Operating Instructions
Basic Coffee Preparation:
- Ensure the water tank is filled and coffee beans are in the hopper.
- Place a cup under the coffee spouts. Adjust the spout height if necessary.
- On the interactive touch panel, select your desired coffee type (e.g., Espresso, Lungo).
- The machine will automatically grind the beans, brew, and dispense the coffee.

Customizing Your Coffee (Custom Coffee System):
The Custom Coffee System allows for precise control over your beverage.
- Select a beverage from the main menu.
- Tap the "Customize" or "Settings" icon (refer to the on-screen interface for exact icon).
- Adjust parameters such as:
- Intensity: Adjust the strength of the coffee.
- Temperature: Set the brewing temperature.
- Pressure: Fine-tune the brewing pressure.
- Coffee Quantity: Control the volume of coffee dispensed.
- Milk/Foam Quantity: For milk-based drinks, adjust milk and foam levels.
- Pour Order: For layered drinks, choose the order of ingredients (e.g., milk first).
- Save your customized recipe to one of the 10 user profiles for quick access.

Milk Frothing (All Capuccino System):
For lattes, cappuccinos, and macchiatos, ensure the milk tank is connected and filled.
- Select a milk-based beverage from the menu.
- The machine will automatically dispense coffee, then milk and foam in the correct proportions directly into your cup.

Adjusting Grinding Level:
The integrated conical grinder has 5 levels of grinding. Adjust this setting to achieve your preferred coffee strength and flavor.
- Finer grind: Stronger coffee, slower flow.
- Coarser grind: Milder coffee, faster flow.
Note: Adjust the grinding level only when the grinder is operating to prevent damage.
Using Pre-ground Coffee:
The machine also supports pre-ground coffee. Refer to the specific port for pre-ground coffee, usually a small bypass doser.
- Open the pre-ground coffee compartment.
- Add one scoop of pre-ground coffee (do not exceed recommended amount).
- Select the "Pre-ground Coffee" option on the display before brewing.
Maintenance
Regular cleaning and maintenance are crucial for the longevity and optimal performance of your coffee machine.
Daily Cleaning:
- Drip Tray and Coffee Grounds Container: Empty and rinse daily. The machine will prompt you when the grounds container needs emptying.
- Water Tank: Rinse daily and refill with fresh water.
- Milk System: After each use of milk-based beverages, perform a quick rinse cycle for the milk system. Detach and clean the milk tank and frothing components thoroughly with warm water and mild detergent.
- Brew Group: The brew group should be removed and rinsed under lukewarm water daily. Allow it to air dry before reinserting.
Weekly/Bi-weekly Cleaning:
- Coffee Spouts: Clean the coffee spouts with a damp cloth to remove any coffee residue.
- Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the machine with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
Descaling:
The machine will indicate when descaling is required. The frequency depends on water hardness and usage.
- Use a descaling solution specifically designed for coffee machines.
- Follow the instructions provided with the descaling solution and the machine's on-screen prompts for the descaling process.
- After descaling, perform several rinsing cycles to ensure all descaling solution is flushed out.
Automatic Shut-off:
