2. Safety Information

4. Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble your pressure washer before first use.
- Attach Wheels: If not pre-assembled, attach the wheels to the base of the unit for easy mobility.
- Connect Water Inlet: Screw the quick-connect hose adapter onto the water inlet of the pressure washer. Ensure the water filter is installed inside the inlet to prevent debris from entering the pump.
- Connect Garden Hose: Attach your garden hose to the quick-connect adapter. Ensure the garden hose is free of kinks and has a steady water supply.
- Connect High-Pressure Hose: Connect one end of the high-pressure hose to the outlet on the pressure washer unit and the other end to the spray gun. Tighten securely.
- Assemble Spray Gun: Attach the extension lance to the spray gun, then attach the adjustable lance to the extension lance.

5. Operating Instructions
Before starting, ensure all connections are secure and the water supply is turned on. Never run the pressure washer without water.
- Purge Air from System: With the water supply on and the unit OFF, squeeze the trigger on the spray gun for approximately 30 seconds to allow air to escape and water to flow through the system. This prevents damage to the pump.
- Start the Pressure Washer: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. Turn the ON/OFF switch to the 'ON' position. The motor will start.
- Begin Cleaning: Direct the spray gun nozzle at the surface to be cleaned, maintaining a safe distance. Squeeze the trigger to activate the high-pressure spray. The adjustable lance allows you to change the spray pattern from a concentrated stream to a wide fan.
- Automatic Stop System: The pressure washer features an automatic stop system. The motor will stop when the trigger is released and restart when the trigger is squeezed again. This prolongs motor life and saves energy.
- Cleaning Technique: Start cleaning from top to bottom, working in small sections. Keep the nozzle moving to avoid damaging surfaces.

- Shutting Down: When finished, turn the ON/OFF switch to the 'OFF' position. Turn off the water supply. Squeeze the spray gun trigger to release any remaining pressure in the system. Disconnect the power cord from the outlet.
6. Maintenance and Storage
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your pressure washer.
- Clean Water Filter: Regularly inspect and clean the water filter located at the water inlet. Remove any debris to ensure proper water flow and prevent pump damage.

- Drain Water: After each use, ensure all water is drained from the pump, hose, and spray gun to prevent freezing in cold weather, which can cause severe damage.
