Setup Instructions

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the desktop PC and all accessories from the packaging. Retain packaging for future transport or warranty claims.
  2. Placement: Place the desktop on a stable, flat surface with adequate ventilation. Ensure no vents are blocked.
  3. Connect Peripherals:
    • Connect your monitor(s) to the appropriate video output ports (HDMI, DisplayPort, or VGA) on the rear of the desktop.
    • Connect your keyboard and mouse to any available USB ports.
    • Connect speakers or headphones to the audio ports if desired.
  4. Network Connection:
    • For a wired connection, connect an Ethernet cable from your router or modem to the RJ45 port on the rear panel.
    • For wireless connection, ensure the Wi-Fi antenna (if provided) is connected. Wi-Fi setup will be completed during initial Windows configuration.
  5. Power Connection: Connect the power cord to the desktop's power input and then to a grounded electrical outlet.
  6. Initial Power On: Press the power button on the front panel. The system will boot up and guide you through the Windows 11 initial setup process.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

  • To Power On: Press the power button on the front of the desktop.
  • To Shut Down: In Windows, click the Start button, then Power, and select "Shut down". Do not unplug the power cord directly without proper shutdown to prevent data loss.
  • To Restart: In Windows, click the Start button, then Power, and select "Restart".
  • To Sleep: In Windows, click the Start button, then Power, and select "Sleep".

Using USB Ports and Card Reader

Connect USB devices such as external hard drives, flash drives, or other peripherals to the available USB ports. Insert compatible memory cards into the media card reader for data transfer.

Audio Connections

The front audio combo jack supports both headphones and microphones. The rear audio ports support 5.1 surround sound configurations for compatible speaker systems.

Maintenance

Cleaning

  • Always power off and unplug the desktop before cleaning.
  • Use a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water or a mild cleaning solution to clean the exterior.
  • Use compressed air to gently clear dust from vents and ports. Do not spray liquid directly onto the desktop.

Ventilation

Ensure proper airflow around the desktop. Do not block the ventilation openings. Maintaining good airflow helps prevent overheating and ensures stable performance.
