Setup

Initial Charging

Before first use, ensure both earbuds and the charging case are fully charged.

1. Remove Protective Films: Locate and remove the plastic films covering the charging points on the earbuds. These films prevent charging during shipping.
2. Charge Earbuds: Place both earbuds into the charging case. The earbuds will begin charging automatically. The indicator lights on the earbuds will turn white during charging and turn off when fully charged.
3. Charge Case: Connect the provided USB Type-C charging cable to the charging case and a compatible USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, wall adapter). The indicator lights on the case will show charging status and turn solid when fully charged.

Pairing with Your Device

Follow these steps to pair your earbuds with a Bluetooth-enabled device:

1. Ensure your device's Bluetooth is turned on.
2. Open the charging case lid. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
3. On your device, search for Bluetooth devices and select 'T19' from the list.
4. Once connected, a voice prompt will confirm successful pairing.

Operating Instructions

Basic Functions

• Power On: Open the charging case lid or remove earbuds from the case.
• Power Off: Place earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid.
• Play/Pause: One-click either earbud's control button.
• Answer/End Calls: One-click either earbud's control button.
• Reject Call: Double-click either earbud's control button.
• Activate Voice Assistant (Siri/Google Assistant): Double-click either earbud's control button.

Music Control

• Volume Down: Triple-click the Left earbud's control button.
• Volume Up: Triple-click the Right earbud's control button.
• Previous Song: Hold the Left earbud's control button for 2 seconds.
• Next Song: Hold the Right earbud's control button for 2 seconds.

Single and Binaural Mode

The earbuds support both single and binaural (stereo) modes. You can use either earbud independently or both together for a stereo experience. Simply remove one earbud from the case to use it in single mode, or both for binaural mode.

Maintenance

Cleaning

• Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
• Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Ensure charging contacts on both earbuds and case are clean and dry for proper charging.

Storage

When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and keep them charged. Store in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures.

Water Resistance (IPX6)

These earbuds are IPX6 waterproof, meaning they are protected against high-pressure water jets from any direction. They are suitable for sports and exercise, but are not designed for submersion in water. Avoid using them while swimming or showering.

Troubleshooting

Earbuds Not Pairing with Each Other or Device

If the two earbuds cannot pair with each other or connect to your device, perform a reset:

1. Insert both earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid to power them off.
2. On your device, forget or delete 'T19' from your Bluetooth paired devices list.
3. Remove the earbuds from the case. Wait for the pairing lights to flicker amber and white.
4. During the pairing process, gently tap both earbuds on the smooth backside a couple of times until you hear multiple beeps, indicating they should power off (Reset Process).
5. Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid.
6. Open the lid again and search for 'T19' on your device's Bluetooth available device list, then select to pair.
7. After successful pairing, remove the earbuds from the charging case and place them in your ears to test the sound.

Charging Issues

• Ensure the plastic films are removed from the earbud charging points.
• Verify the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source.
• Check if the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case are clean and free of debris.
• Try using a different USB charging cable or power adapter.
