Setup
1. Battery Installation

- Insert two CR123A lithium batteries into the battery compartment, observing the correct polarity as indicated inside the light.
- Securely screw the bezel back into place.
Note: Only use CR123A lithium batteries. Always dispose of used batteries responsibly.
2. Rail Mounting
The TLR-9 Flex features a rail clamp designed for rapid attachment and detachment from full-frame weapons. A key kit is included to ensure proper fitment on various rail types.
- Select the appropriate key from the included kit that matches your weapon's rail system.
- Loosen the rail clamp screw on the TLR-9 Flex.
- Align the light with the rail and slide it into position. Ensure the selected key engages with the rail slot.
- Tighten the rail clamp screw firmly to secure the light. Do not overtighten.

- Ensure the O-rings are free of debris and lightly lubricated to maintain water resistance.
3. Storage
When storing the TLR-9 Flex for extended periods, remove the batteries to prevent potential leakage and damage to the device.
Troubleshooting
- Light not turning on: Check battery polarity. Ensure batteries are fresh. Confirm the bezel is fully tightened (out of "Safe off" mode).
- Dim light output: Replace batteries with fresh ones. Clean the lens.
