Introduction
This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and effective use of your veicomtech Portable Ionic Detox Foot Bath Machine. Designed for home use, spa clubs, or salons, this device offers a convenient way to perform ionic foot spa sessions. Please read this manual thoroughly before operation and retain it for future reference.
Safety Information
- Always ensure the device is unplugged before cleaning or maintenance.
- Do not immerse the main control unit in water. Only the array is designed for water submersion.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
- Use only with the provided power adapter.
- Do not operate if the power cord or any part of the device is damaged.
- Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, or have electronic implants (e.g., pacemakers).
- Avoid using excessive salt, as this can affect device performance and potentially cause discomfort.
- The water color change is a result of the electrolysis process and interaction with the array, not solely toxins from the body.

Operating Instructions
Fill the Basin:
Fill the basin with warm water, ensuring the water level is sufficient to cover the detox array and your feet. Place the detox array into the water.
Add Salt (Optional):
Add a small amount of non-iodized salt (e.g., sea salt or Himalayan salt) to the water. A pinch is usually sufficient. The salt helps to increase the conductivity of the water, which is necessary for the ionic process. Avoid adding too much salt, as this can cause the machine to shut off automatically.
Begin Session:
Place your feet into the water. Press the power button on the main control unit twice to start the session. The device will begin to bubble, indicating it is working. The session duration is typically 30 minutes, with each light on the panel representing 5 minutes of operation.

Video 2: Demonstrates the setup and start of a foot bath session (from "Green Panel Foot Bath Spa Detox Machine" by Seller).
Observe the Process:
During the session, the water color may change due to the electrolysis process, which breaks down water into oxygen and hydrogen ions. These ions react with the metal array parts, leading to a reduction reaction and potential color changes. This is a normal part of the device's operation.

Figure 7: Visual representation of water color changes during a session.

Figure 8: Explanation of water color changes.
End Session:
The device will automatically stop after 30 minutes. All 6 lights on the panel will flash to indicate the session is complete. To restart, press the ON/OFF button again.
Maintenance
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and effectiveness of your device.
Clean the Array:
After each use, clean the detox array thoroughly. It is recommended to clean the array with citric acid to remove any residue. Ensure it is completely dry before storage, using a blow dryer if necessary.
Storage:
Store the cleaned and dried array in a dry closure bag. Avoid long-term exposure to air to prevent oxidation and prolong its lifespan.
Main Unit Care:
Wipe the main control unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse it in water.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Device does not turn on. | No power, loose connection, or faulty adapter. | Check power outlet, ensure all cables are securely connected. Try a different outlet. |
| Device shuts off automatically during session. | Too much salt in the water, or insufficient water conductivity. | Reduce the amount of salt. If water is too pure, add a small pinch of salt. Ensure the array is fully submerged. |
| Water color does not change. | Insufficient salt, faulty array, or very pure water. | Add a small pinch of salt. Ensure the array is properly connected and functioning. |
| Array is corroding quickly. | Normal wear and tear, or improper cleaning/storage. | Clean the array with citric acid after each use and store in a dry closure bag. Arrays are consumable parts and will need replacement over time. |
