1. Introduction

The NEQUARE A17 Series Vacuum Cleaner is a versatile 4-in-1 corded stick vacuum designed for powerful and efficient cleaning across various floor types. Its lightweight and adaptable design allows for easy conversion to a handheld unit, making it ideal for cleaning stairs, car interiors, furniture, and even ceilings. Featuring a 500W high-power brush motor, it provides 17Kpa of powerful suction with minimal noise, effectively picking up dust, pet hair, crumbs, and acarids. The advanced five-stage filtration system captures 99.97% of dust as small as 0.3 microns, ensuring a cleaner environment.

3. Setup

The NEQUARE A17 Series Vacuum Cleaner is designed for quick and easy assembly. Follow these steps to set up your vacuum:

1. Attach the Extension Tube: Insert the red extension tube into the main vacuum unit until it clicks securely into place. Ensure the connection is firm.
2. Attach the Floor Head: Connect the full-size soft roller cleaner head to the other end of the extension tube. Press firmly until it locks.
3. Select the Right Brush: The cleaner head comes with a soft roller brush pre-installed, suitable for hard floors. For carpets, you can easily swap it with the hard bristle roller bar by following the instructions in the maintenance section.
4. Wall-Mount Docking (Optional): For convenient storage, install the wall-mount docking station in a suitable location. Use the provided screws and anchors to secure it to a wall. The docking station also holds additional attachments.

4. Operating Instructions

Your NEQUARE A17 Series Vacuum Cleaner offers powerful and versatile cleaning. Here’s how to use it effectively:

4.1 Powering On and Off

• Plug the 20ft power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.
• Press the power button located on the main unit to turn the vacuum cleaner ON. The LED lights on the floor head will illuminate.
• Press the power button again to turn the vacuum cleaner OFF.

4.2 Using as a Stick Vacuum

For floor cleaning, ensure the extension tube and desired cleaner head are attached. The lightweight design and swivel steering allow for easy maneuverability around furniture and into tight spaces. The LED lights on the brush head help illuminate dust and debris in dark areas.

4.3 Using as a Handheld Vacuum

To convert to a handheld vacuum, simply detach the extension tube and floor head from the main unit. You can then attach the 2-in-1 soft dusting brush or the crevice tool directly to the main unit for targeted cleaning. This mode is perfect for:

• Cleaning stairs and upholstery.
• Vacuuming car interiors.
• Dusting curtains, shelves, and high-up areas.

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures your NEQUARE Vacuum Cleaner performs optimally and extends its lifespan.

5.1 Emptying the Dirt Bin

The hygienic bin emptying system makes disposal easy and mess-free. Simply press the release button on the dust bin to open the bottom flap and empty contents directly into a trash can. Avoid touching the dirt.

5.2 Cleaning the Filter

The vacuum features a multi-stage filtration system, including a HEPA filter, to capture fine dust. For best performance, regularly clean the filter. Detach the dust bin, remove the filter, and tap it gently to dislodge dust. If necessary, rinse the filter with cold water and allow it to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinserting. Do not use detergent or hot water.

5.3 Cleaning the Brush Head

Hair and debris can get tangled in the brush bar. To clean, remove the brush bar from the cleaner head. Use scissors or the provided cleaning tool (if included) to cut away any tangled hair or fibers. Reinsert the brush bar securely.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your NEQUARE Vacuum Cleaner, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:

• No Power: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Check for any tripped circuit breakers.
• Loss of Suction: Empty the dirt bin. Check if the filter is clogged and clean it as per Section 5.2. Inspect the hose, extension tube, and cleaner head for any blockages.
• Brush Bar Not Rotating: Check if the brush bar is tangled with hair or debris and clean it as per Section 5.3. Ensure the brush bar is correctly reinserted.
• Unusual Noise: This could indicate a blockage or an issue with the brush bar. Turn off the vacuum, unplug it, and check for any obstructions in the brush head, hose, or dust bin.
