4. Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and ensure all components are present.
2. Placement: Place the mixer on a clean, dry, flat, and stable surface. Ensure the non-slip feet are firmly gripping the surface.
3. Attaching the Bowl: Place the stainless steel mixing bowl onto the base of the mixer. Turn the bowl clockwise until it locks securely into place.

4. Attaching an Accessory:
   • Ensure the mixer is unplugged and the speed control is set to 'OFF'.
   • Press the headlift release button and lift the mixer head until it clicks into the upright position.
   • Align the chosen attachment (whisk, dough hook, or flat beater) with the accessory shaft. Push the attachment upwards and turn it slightly clockwise until it locks into place.
   • Lower the mixer head by pressing the headlift release button and gently pushing the head down until it locks into position.

5. Operating Instructions

1. Add Ingredients: Place your ingredients into the stainless steel mixing bowl.
2. Select Speed: Plug the mixer into a suitable power outlet. Turn the speed control knob to your desired speed setting (1-7). Start with a lower speed and gradually increase as needed to prevent splashing.

3. Mixing: Allow the mixer to operate until ingredients are thoroughly combined. For best results, occasionally stop the mixer and scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula.
4. Stopping: When finished, turn the speed control knob to 'OFF' and unplug the mixer from the power outlet.
5. Removing Bowl and Attachments: Lift the mixer head, then turn the attachment counter-clockwise to remove it. Unlock and remove the mixing bowl.

Recommended Speed Settings:

• Speeds 1-2: For heavy mixtures, kneading dough, mashing potatoes.
