Troubleshooting
Power bank not charging:
- Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the power bank's input port and the power source.
- Verify that the wall charger and cable are functional and compatible (18W charger recommended for fast charging).
- Try a different charging cable or wall adapter.
Devices not charging from power bank:
- Ensure the power bank has sufficient charge (check the digital display).
- Verify that the charging cable is securely connected to both the power bank's output port and your device.
- Try a different output port or charging cable.
- Some devices may require a specific cable or charging protocol; ensure compatibility.
Slow charging:
- Ensure you are using a fast-charging compatible cable and your device supports fast charging.
- The power bank's 18W PD (Power Delivery) output requires a compatible Type-C to Type-C cable and a device that supports PD.
- Charging multiple devices simultaneously may reduce individual charging speeds.
Power bank feels warm during use:
- It is normal for the power bank to become slightly warm during charging or discharging. If it becomes excessively hot, disconnect it immediately and contact support.
Swollen battery:
- If you notice any swelling or deformation of the power bank, discontinue use immediately and dispose of it safely according to local regulations. Do not attempt to puncture or disassemble a swollen battery.
