3. Connecting to the System

  1. Connect one end of an Ethernet cable to the LAN port on the back of the Touch 10 unit.
  2. Connect the other end of the Ethernet cable to the designated control port on your Cisco video conferencing system or a PoE-enabled network switch.
  3. The unit will power on automatically and begin the pairing process with the video system. Follow any on-screen prompts to complete the setup.

Operating Instructions

Basic Navigation

  • Touch: Tap an icon or option to select it.
  • Swipe: Swipe left or right to navigate between screens or menus.
  • Pinch-to-Zoom: Use two fingers to zoom in or out on content, if supported by the application.

Making a Call

  1. From the home screen, tap the "Call" icon.
  2. Enter the contact name, video address, or phone number using the on-screen keyboard.
  3. Select the desired contact from the directory or tap the "Call" button to initiate the call.

Sharing Content

  1. Tap the "Share" icon on the home screen.
  2. Select the source you wish to share (e.g., connected laptop, wireless sharing).
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to begin sharing your content.
