Setup and Charging
- Charging: Connect the provided power adapter to the massager and a power outlet. Allow the device to fully charge before first use. The massager is also compatible with a car adapter (included) for charging on the go.
- Positioning: Place the massager behind the desired body area (neck, back, abdomen, calf, thigh). The ergonomic design allows it to contour to various body shapes.
- Securing: Use the integrated Velcro straps to secure the massager to an office chair or headrest for stable positioning during use.
- Intensity Adjustment: If the massage intensity or heat is too strong, place the included fabric sleeve over the massage nodes to reduce the sensation.

Operation
- Power On/Off: Press the power button located on the device to turn the massager on or off.
- Massage Modes: The 3D shiatsu nodes will begin kneading. The rotation direction automatically changes every 60 seconds to provide a varied massage experience.
