Introduction

WeatherX earplugs are designed to help support the relief of weather-related headache symptoms. These earplugs feature a sensitive filter engineered to manage smaller changes in barometric pressure, which can trigger headaches.

Setup and Insertion

1. Download the free WeatherX app from the iOS or Android app store by searching for "WeatherX". This app provides notifications for upcoming barometric pressure shifts.
2. Use earplugs as directed by the WeatherX app or at the first sign of a weather pressure change.
3. To insert, pull the top of your ear upward with one hand. With the other hand, carefully insert the ribbed end of the earplug snugly into the ear canal. Gently turn the earplug clockwise, similar to a corkscrew, until it feels secure and comfortable.

Operating Instructions

• Place one earplug in each ear for 2-4 hours, or until symptoms have alleviated.
• The recommended maximum usage is 12 total hours within a 24-hour period.

Maintenance

• Keep earplugs sterile by wiping them clean. Do not submerge them in water, as this can damage the internal mechanisms.
• Clean earplugs with a mildly damp cloth. Avoid getting water or debris into the cylindrical cavity of the plug, as this may cause the filter to fail.
• Store earplugs in the provided case when not in use to protect them from dust and damage.

Troubleshooting

• If an earplug appears dirty, damaged, or becomes discolored, discard it. Such earplugs may no longer function properly.
• If an earplug becomes dislodged during use, refit it carefully following the insertion instructions.
