4. Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
  2. Clean: Before first use, wash the mixing bowl and all attachments in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth.
  3. Position: Place the kitchen machine on a stable, flat, and dry surface. Ensure adequate ventilation around the appliance.
  4. Attach Bowl: Place the stainless steel mixing bowl onto the base and turn it clockwise until it locks securely into position.
  5. Install Attachment:
    • Ensure the appliance is unplugged.
    • Press the head release lever and lift the motor head until it locks in the tilted-up position.
    • Select the desired attachment (whisk, dough hook, or flat beater).
    • Align the attachment with the shaft in the attachment hub and push upwards, then turn clockwise until it clicks into place.
    • Lower the motor head by pressing the head release lever again and gently pushing the head down until it locks.
  6. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

The Grundig KMP 8650 S features 12 speed settings, a digital display, and a timer for precise control.

General Operation:

  1. Ensure the machine is properly assembled with the desired attachment and the mixing bowl is in place.
