1. Product Overview

3. Setup

The YETI Rambler 26 oz Bottle comes pre-assembled. Before first use, it is recommended to wash all components.

3.1 Chug Cap Assembly

1. Unscrew the entire Chug Cap assembly from the bottle.
2. The Chug Cap consists of two main parts: the TripleHaul™ Handle (outer cap) and the Chug Spout (inner cap).
3. To separate for cleaning or filling, twist the TripleHaul™ Handle counter-clockwise to remove it from the Chug Spout.
4. To reassemble, align the Chug Spout with the bottle opening and twist clockwise until secure. Then, place the TripleHaul™ Handle over the Chug Spout and twist clockwise until it is tightly sealed.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Filling the Bottle

1. Unscrew the entire Chug Cap assembly from the bottle.
2. Pour your desired beverage into the wide opening of the bottle.
3. Ensure not to overfill, leaving some space at the top.
4. Securely reattach the Chug Cap assembly by twisting clockwise until tight.

4.2 Drinking from the Bottle

1. For a quick sip, twist the TripleHaul™ Handle (outer cap) counter-clockwise by a half-turn. This will expose the Chug Spout.
2. Drink directly from the Chug Spout.
3. After drinking, twist the TripleHaul™ Handle clockwise to seal the Chug Spout and prevent leaks.

Note: The Chug Cap is not intended for use with hot beverages. For hot liquids, remove the entire cap to drink directly from the wide mouth of the bottle, or use an alternative YETI hot beverage lid (sold separately).

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

• The YETI Rambler 26 oz Bottle and its Chug Cap are dishwasher safe.
• For thorough cleaning, disassemble the Chug Cap into its two parts (TripleHaul™ Handle and Chug Spout) before placing in the dishwasher.
• Hand washing with warm, soapy water and a bottle brush is also an option for optimal care.
• Ensure all components are completely dry before reassembling and storing.

6. Troubleshooting

• Lid is difficult to open or close: Ensure the lid threads are clean and free of debris. If the Chug Spout feels overly tight, running the metal rim next to the spout under hot water may help expand the metal, making it easier to unscrew.
• Leakage from the cap: Verify that both the Chug Spout and the TripleHaul™ Handle are twisted on securely and that the rubber seals are properly seated and undamaged.
• Reduced temperature retention: Ensure the cap is fully sealed. Extreme external temperatures or frequent opening may affect insulation performance.
