4. Setup and Assembly

Assembly typically takes approximately 15 minutes and can be completed by one person. Follow these steps:

1. Attach the Base: Screw the lowest pole section into the lamp base clockwise until secure.
2. Assemble the Pole: Connect the remaining pole sections by screwing them clockwise. Ensure each section is tightly connected to prevent wobbling.
3. Attach the Lamp Head: Screw the lamp head with the curved arm onto the top pole section.
4. Assemble the Lampshade: The linen lampshade arrives rolled. Unroll it and connect the two vertical edges using the integrated hook-and-loop fastener strip. Place the assembled lampshade onto the lamp head, ensuring it sits securely.
5. Install the LED Bulb: Carefully screw the provided 9W LED bulb into the E26 socket on the lamp head. Do not overtighten.

5. Operating Instructions

The addlon Floor Lamp features a convenient foot switch and offers three color temperature settings.

5.1 Power On/Off and Color Temperature Selection

Plug the lamp into a standard 110V AC power outlet. The lamp is operated by a foot switch located on the power cord.

• First Press: Turns the lamp ON to Warm White (3000K).
• Second Press: Changes the light to Cool White (4500K).
• Third Press: Changes the light to Daylight (6500K).
• Fourth Press: Turns the lamp OFF.

The lamp cycles through these settings with each press of the foot switch.

5.2 Adjustable Lamp Head

The lamp head is designed with an adjustable angle, allowing you to direct the light as needed. Gently pivot the lamp head to achieve the desired illumination direction. The lamp head can be adjusted up to 270 degrees horizontally and 90 degrees vertically.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning

Before cleaning, ensure the lamp is unplugged. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down the lamp pole and base. For the linen lampshade, a lint roller or a soft brush can be used to remove dust. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these can damage the finish or fabric.

6.2 Bulb Replacement

Ensure the lamp is unplugged and the bulb has cooled down before attempting to replace it. Unscrew the old bulb counter-clockwise and screw in a new E26 base LED bulb. It is recommended to use an LED bulb of similar wattage (9W) to maintain optimal performance and energy efficiency.

7. Troubleshooting

• Lamp does not turn on:
  • Check if the power cord is securely plugged into the wall outlet.
  • Ensure the wall outlet is functional by testing it with another device.
  • Verify the bulb is screwed in correctly and is not burnt out. Replace if necessary.
• Light flickers:
  • Ensure the bulb is screwed in tightly.
  • Try a different bulb to rule out a faulty bulb.
• Lamp is unstable:
  • Ensure all pole sections are screwed together tightly.
