Key Features
- PRETEND YOU'RE A VET: The Operation Pet Scan game has a twist on classic Operation gameplay. Cavity Sam's dog, Rex-Ray, ate things he shouldn't have, and players need to get them out of his belly.
- MAKE REX-RAY FEEL BETTER: Using the Dog-o-scope, players drag the plastic ailment along the path from Rex-Ray the dog's belly and out his tail end without letting it fall out.

Operating Instructions
How to Play
- Start Your Turn: The youngest player goes first.
- Guide the Ailment: Use the magnetic Dog-o-scope to guide one of the plastic ailments from Rex-Ray's mouth, along the winding path inside his belly, and out through his tail end. The Dog-o-scope is attached to the game unit by a cord.
- Avoid the Buzzer: If the Dog-o-scope touches the sides of the internal path, the buzzer will sound, and Rex-Ray's nose will light up. If the ailment falls out of the path and out of Rex-Ray's belly, your turn ends.
- Successful Removal: If you successfully guide an ailment all the way out of Rex-Ray's tail end without it falling out, you score a point. Rex-Ray will also make a silly sound (bark or fart) in relief.
- Press Rex-Ray's Nose: You can press Rex-Ray's nose at any time to hear additional silly sound effects, including barks and belly gurgling.
- End of Game: Continue taking turns until all 8 ailments have been successfully removed from Rex-Ray. The player with the most points (successfully removed ailments) wins the game!
