5. Operating Instructions

Follow these steps to extract fresh juice:

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Wash fruits and vegetables thoroughly. For larger items, use the wide filling opening to avoid excessive cutting. Remove large seeds or hard pits (e.g., from peaches, plums). Peeling is generally not necessary for most fruits and vegetables, but you may peel citrus fruits to avoid bitterness.
  2. Start Juicing: Ensure the juicer is properly assembled and the juice jug and pulp container are in place. Turn the control dial to desired speed:
        - Speed 1 (10,600 rpm): Suitable for softer fruits and vegetables (e.g., berries, tomatoes, grapes).
        - Speed 2 (12,600 rpm): Ideal for harder fruits and vegetables (e.g., carrots, apples, celery).
  3. Feed Ingredients: Gradually feed the prepared ingredients into the feed chute. Use the food pusher to gently guide them down. Do not apply excessive force.
  4. Collect Juice and Pulp: Fresh juice will flow into the juice jug, while pulp will be automatically separated into the pulp container. The juice jug includes a foam separator to reduce foam in your juice.
  5. Finish Juicing: Once all ingredients are juiced, turn the control dial to '0' (Off) and unplug the appliance from the power outlet.

Note: Do not operate the juicer continuously for more than 1 minute. Allow it to cool down for at least 2 minutes between uses to prevent overheating.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your juicer.

  1. Unplug: Always unplug the juicer from the power outlet before cleaning.
  2. Disassemble: Carefully remove the food pusher, lid, filter basket, pulp container, and juice jug.
  3. Rinse Immediately: Rinse all removable parts under running water to prevent pulp from drying and sticking.
  4. Wash Parts: All removable parts are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, wash them in warm, soapy water using a soft brush for the filter basket to remove any remaining pulp. Rinse thoroughly.
  5. Clean Motor Unit: Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid.
  6. Dry and Store: Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing. Store the juicer in a clean, dry place.
