Setup

1. Unpacking and Placement

2. Power Connection

  1. Connect the power adapter to the power input port on the printer.

3. Loading Label Roll

The TP76E uses thermal label rolls. Follow these steps to load a new roll:

  1. Open the transparent cover of the label compartment located at the top of the printer.
  2. Place the label roll onto the spindle, ensuring the labels feed from the bottom of the roll towards the print head.
  3. Feed the leading edge of the label through the guide until it is positioned under the print head.

  • Turn off the printer and disconnect the power adapter.
  • Open the label compartment cover.
  • Gently wipe the print head surface with a cotton swab lightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol. Do not use water or abrasive cleaners.
  • Allow the print head to dry completely before closing the cover and reconnecting power.

2. Replacing Label Rolls

When the label roll is depleted, replace it as follows:

  1. Open the label compartment cover.
  2. Remove the empty label roll core.
  3. Insert a new label roll as described in the Setup section.
  4. Close the cover.
