Assembly and Setup

1. Attach Wheels: Securely attach the wheels to the main unit as per the diagrams in the included quick-start guide.
2. Connect Handle: Assemble and attach the handle to the main unit.
3. Connect High-Pressure Hose: Connect one end of the high-pressure hose to the pressure washer's outlet and the other end to the spray gun. Ensure connections are tight.
4. Connect Water Supply: Attach a garden hose (not included) to the water inlet on the pressure washer. Ensure the water filter is in place. Connect the other end of the garden hose to a water faucet.
5. Connect Spray Lance: Attach the desired spray lance (connection lance or adjustable spray lance) to the spray gun.
6. Select Nozzle: Choose the appropriate quick-connect nozzle for your task and insert it into the spray lance until it clicks into place.

Operating Instructions

1. Initial Start-up

1. Ensure all connections (water, hose, gun, nozzle) are secure.
2. Turn on the water supply completely.
3. Squeeze the spray gun trigger to purge air from the system until a steady stream of water emerges.
4. Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet (100-120V/60Hz).
5. Turn the pressure washer ON using the power switch.

2. Nozzle Selection and Usage

The Homdox pressure washer includes 5 quick-connect nozzles for various cleaning tasks:

• 0° (Red): For concentrated, high-pressure cleaning of tough, localized stains. Use with extreme caution.
• 15° (Yellow): For intense cleaning of hard surfaces with a narrower spray pattern.
• 25° (Green): For general cleaning of most surfaces with a wider spray pattern.
• 40° (White): For gentle cleaning of delicate surfaces or wide area rinsing.
• Soap (Black): For applying detergent at low pressure.

To change nozzles, turn off the pressure washer and squeeze the trigger to release any residual pressure. Pull back the collar on the spray lance and remove the current nozzle. Insert the new nozzle and push the collar forward until it locks.

3. Total Stop System (TSS)

The Total Stop System (TSS) automatically shuts off the pump when the spray gun trigger is not engaged. This conserves energy, reduces noise, and prolongs the life of the pump. The pump will restart automatically when the trigger is squeezed again.

Maintenance

• After Each Use:
  • Turn off the power switch and disconnect the power cord.
  • Turn off the water supply.
  • Squeeze the spray gun trigger to release any remaining pressure.
  • Disconnect the garden hose and high-pressure hose.
  • Drain all water from the pump and hoses to prevent freezing damage.
  • Clean the nozzles and water filter.
• Storage: Store the pressure washer in a dry, frost-free environment.
• Cleaning Pin: Use the provided cleaning pin to clear any blockages in the nozzle tips.
