6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your dehydrator, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Dehydrator does not turn on. | Not plugged in; power outlet malfunction; power switch off. | Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Check the power switch. |
| Food is not drying evenly. | Overloaded trays; unevenly sliced food; insufficient air circulation. | Do not overload trays. Slice food uniformly. Rotate trays periodically. |
| Dehydrator is too noisy. | Normal fan operation; appliance not on a stable surface. | A certain level of noise (45-50 dB) is normal due to the high-performance motor. Ensure the unit is on a flat, stable surface. |
| Temperature not reaching desired level. | Doors not closed properly; ambient temperature too low. | Ensure all chamber doors are securely closed. Operate in a room with a suitable ambient temperature. |
If the problem persists after trying these solutions, please contact customer support.
