2. Safety Information
- Weight Limit: Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 120 kg (265 lbs). Exceeding this limit may cause damage to the chair and potential injury.
- Assembly: Ensure all screws and bolts are securely tightened before using the chair. Periodically check and re-tighten fasteners.
- Stability: Avoid standing on the chair or using it as a step stool. Do not lean excessively to one side, especially when reclined, to prevent tipping.
- Children: Keep children away from the chair during assembly. Small parts can be a choking hazard.
- Movement: Use caution when adjusting the chair's height, recline, or tilt to avoid pinching fingers or other body parts.

4. Assembly Instructions
Assembly typically requires one person and takes approximately 20-40 minutes. It is recommended to assemble the chair on a soft, clean surface to prevent damage.
- Attach Casters to Base: Insert the five casters into the holes at the end of each leg of the star base. Push firmly until they click into place.
- Install Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the assembled star base. Cover the gas lift with the telescopic plastic cover.
- Attach Backrest to Seat: Align the metal brackets on the backrest with the corresponding holes on the seat mechanism. Secure with the provided screws and washers using the Allen key. Do not fully tighten until all screws are in place.
- Mount Seat Assembly to Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift cylinder, ensuring the center hole of the mechanism is aligned with the top of the gas lift.
- Attach Pillows: Secure the headrest pillow by threading its straps through the holes at the top of the backrest. Attach the lumbar support pillow using its straps around the backrest.
- Final Tightening: Once all components are in place, fully tighten all screws.

5. Operating Instructions
The Oversteel ULTIMET chair offers several adjustment features for personalized comfort.
5.1. Height Adjustment
To adjust the chair's height, locate the lever on the right side, beneath the seat. While seated, pull the lever up to lower the chair. To raise the chair, stand up slightly and pull the lever up. Release the lever at the desired height.
5.2. Recline Adjustment
The backrest can recline up to 180 degrees. Pull the recline lever located on the right side of the seat, near the backrest. Lean back to the desired angle and release the lever to lock the position. To return to an upright position, pull the lever and lean forward slightly.

5.3. Tilt/Rocking Function
The chair features a balance mechanism for tilting. To enable the rocking function, pull the height adjustment lever outwards. To lock the chair in an upright position, push the lever inwards. The tension of the rocking motion can be adjusted by turning the round knob located underneath the seat, towards the front.
5.4. Armrest Adjustment
The 2D armrests can be adjusted in height and rotation. Use the button on the side of each armrest to raise or lower it. The armrests can also be manually rotated left or right to find your preferred position.

5.5. Lumbar and Headrest Pillows
The included lumbar and headrest pillows provide additional support. Adjust their position along the backrest to best suit your posture and comfort needs.
6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the leatherette material with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn stains, use a mild soap solution and wipe dry immediately. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Inspection: Periodically check all screws and bolts to ensure they are tight. Re-tighten as necessary to maintain stability and safety.
- Casters: Keep casters clean from hair and debris to ensure smooth movement.
7. Troubleshooting
