- Do not use outdoors or in wet conditions.
- Only use clean water in the water tank.
- Do not add any chemicals or additives to the water tank.
2. Product Overview
The EuropAce ECO 4751V is a 4-in-1 evaporative air cooler designed to provide cooling, fan, humidification, and air purification functions. It features a 20L water tank, touch panel controls, and multi-directional wheels for portability.

3. Setup
3.1 Unpacking
- Carefully remove the air cooler from its packaging.
- Check for any damage during transit. If damaged, do not operate and contact customer service.
- Remove all packing materials, including any protective films or tapes.
3.2 Caster Wheel Installation
The caster wheels allow for easy movement of the unit. Install them as follows:
- Gently lay the unit on its side on a soft, protective surface to avoid scratching.
- Insert the stem of each caster wheel into the designated holes on the bottom of the unit.
- Push firmly until each wheel clicks securely into place.
- Return the unit to an upright position.
3.3 Water Tank Filling
For cooling and humidification functions, the water tank must be filled.
- Ensure the appliance is unplugged from the power outlet.
- Locate the water tank opening, typically at the bottom front of the unit.
- Fill the tank with clean, cool water. Do not exceed the "MAX" level indicator.
- Ensure the water tank is properly closed or seated before operating the unit.

4. Operating Instructions
The air cooler can be operated using the touch control panel on the top of the unit or the included remote control.
4.1 Control Panel

- ON/OFF Button: Powers the unit on or off.
- Speed Button: Adjusts fan speed (Low, Medium, High).
- Mode Button: Cycles through operating modes (Normal, Natural, Sleep).
- Cool Button: Activates or deactivates the evaporative cooling function (requires water in tank).
- Swing Button: Activates or deactivates the automatic horizontal oscillation of the louvers.
- Timer/Preset Button: Sets the operating timer or preset functions.
4.2 Remote Control

The remote control duplicates all functions available on the touch control panel. Ensure batteries are correctly inserted before use.
- ON/OFF: Power on/off.
- Cool: Activate/deactivate cooling.
- Speed: Adjust fan speed.
- Swing: Activate/deactivate oscillation.
- Mode: Select operating mode.
- Light: Control display light (if applicable).
- Timer/Preset: Set timer or preset.
5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your air cooler.
5.1 Cleaning the Exterior
- Always unplug the unit before cleaning.
- Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, waxes, or solvents.
5.2 Cleaning the Water Tank
- Unplug the unit.
- Remove the water tank (if detachable) or drain the water completely.
- Clean the inside of the tank with a soft brush and mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly.
- Allow the tank to air dry completely before reassembling or refilling.
5.3 Cleaning/Replacing the Honeycomb Filter
The honeycomb filter should be cleaned regularly (e.g., monthly) or replaced when visibly dirty or damaged.
- Unplug the unit.
- Locate the honeycomb filter panel at the rear of the unit.
- Carefully remove the filter panel.
- Rinse the honeycomb filter under running water to remove dust and debris. For stubborn dirt, use a soft brush and mild soap.
- Allow the filter to dry completely in a shaded area before reinserting.
- Reinstall the dry filter panel securely.

5.4 Storage
If storing the unit for an extended period:
- Ensure the water tank is completely empty and dry.
- Clean all filters and components as described above.
- Store the unit in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Cover the unit to protect it from dust.
6. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit does not power on. | No power supply. Power cord not properly connected. | Check if the unit is plugged into a working power outlet. Ensure the power cord is securely connected to the unit and the outlet. |
| No cool air. | Water tank is empty. "Cool" function not activated. Honeycomb filter is clogged. | Fill the water tank with water. Press the "Cool" button on the control panel or remote. Clean the honeycomb filter. |
| Weak airflow. | Fan speed is set too low. Air inlets/outlets are blocked. Honeycomb filter is dirty. | Increase the fan speed. Ensure nothing is obstructing the air vents. Clean the honeycomb filter. |
| Unit is noisy. | Unit not on a flat surface. Foreign object in fan. | Place the unit on a stable, flat surface. Turn off and unplug the unit, then check for any obstructions. |
