1. Introduction

2. Important Safety Instructions

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:

• Read all instructions before use.

5. Setup and First Use

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the air fryer and all packaging materials. Ensure all components listed in Section 3 are present and undamaged.
2. Cleaning: Before first use, clean the frying basket and crisper plate with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. Wipe the inside and outside of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
3. Placement: Place the appliance on a stable, horizontal, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is at least 10 cm (4 inches) of free space on the back and sides, and 10 cm (4 inches) above the appliance to allow for proper air circulation.
4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded wall outlet.
5. Initial Run (Burn-in): For the first use, it is recommended to run the air fryer empty for about 10-15 minutes at 180°C (356°F) to eliminate any manufacturing odors. A slight smell or smoke may occur, which is normal and will dissipate. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.

6. Operating Instructions

The CREATE FRYER AIR PRO features an intuitive digital control panel for easy operation.

6.1 Pre-heating

Pre-heating is recommended for optimal results, especially for foods that require a crispy exterior.

1. Plug in the appliance. The display will light up.
2. Press the Power button to turn on the fryer.
3. Set the desired temperature (e.g., 180°C) and time (e.g., 3-5 minutes) using the control dial.
4. Press the Start button to begin pre-heating.
5. Once the pre-heating cycle is complete, the fryer will beep.

6.2 Manual Cooking

1. Place the crisper plate into the frying basket.
2. Place your ingredients into the frying basket. Do not overfill the basket; ensure there is enough space for air circulation.
3. Slide the frying basket back into the main unit until it clicks into place.
4. Press the Power button to turn on the fryer.
5. Use the control dial to set the desired cooking temperature (80°C - 200°C) and cooking time (1-60 minutes).
6. Press the Start button to begin cooking. The fan and heating element will activate.
7. During cooking, you can pull out the basket to shake or turn ingredients for even cooking. The fryer will pause automatically and resume when the basket is reinserted.
8. Once the timer reaches zero, the fryer will beep, indicating cooking is complete. Carefully pull out the basket and remove the cooked food.

6.3 Preset Programs

The CREATE FRYER AIR PRO comes with 8 convenient preset programs for common food items. These programs automatically set the optimal temperature and time.

1. Place ingredients in the frying basket.
2. Slide the basket into the main unit.
3. Press the Power button.
4. Press the "M" (Mode) button repeatedly or use the dial to cycle through the preset icons until you select the desired program. The display will show the default temperature and time for that program.
5. Press the Start button to begin the program. You can adjust the time and temperature manually even after selecting a preset if needed.

7. Maintenance and Cleaning

2. Frying Basket and Crisper Plate:
   • Remove the frying basket and crisper plate.
   • These parts are non-stick coated and can be washed in hot water with dish soap and a non-abrasive sponge. For stubborn residue, soak them in hot water for about 10 minutes.
   • Alternatively, the frying basket and crisper plate are dishwasher safe.
   • Ensure they are completely dry before reassembling or storing.
3. Main Unit:
   • Wipe the exterior of the air fryer with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
   • Clean the interior of the appliance with a damp cloth.
   • If necessary, gently clean the heating element with a cleaning brush to remove any food residue. Do not use water or liquid directly on the heating element.
