Setup

Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge your W-KING D8 speaker. Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the speaker's charging port and the other end to a 5V 2.0A power adapter (not included). The charging indicator light will show the charging status. A full charge takes approximately 5 hours.

Powering On/Off

• To Power On: Press and hold the Power button (⏻) for 2-3 seconds until you hear an audible prompt.
• To Power Off: Press and hold the Power button (⏻) for 2-3 seconds until the speaker powers down.

Operating Instructions

Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the speaker is powered on and in Bluetooth pairing mode (the Bluetooth indicator light will be flashing).
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
3. Select "W-KING D8" from the list of devices.
4. Once connected, the Bluetooth indicator light will remain solid blue, and you will hear a confirmation sound.

True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Pairing

For an immersive 100W stereo experience, you can pair two W-KING D8 speakers together:

1. Ensure both W-KING D8 speakers are powered on and not connected to any Bluetooth device.
2. Choose one speaker to be the main speaker. Double-press its Power button (⏻) to initiate TWS pairing.
3. The speakers will automatically connect to each other. Once connected, the blue indicator light on the slave speaker will remain solid, and the main speaker's blue light will flash slowly.
4. Now, connect your device to the main speaker via Bluetooth as described in the "Bluetooth Pairing" section.

EQ Modes

The W-KING D8 features two EQ modes to optimize sound for different environments:

• Indoor Mode: Optimized for balanced sound within enclosed spaces.
• Outdoor Mode: Boosts bass and volume for better projection in open environments.

Press the EQ button on the speaker to switch between modes. The indicator lights will show the active mode.

Hands-free Calling

With the built-in microphone, you can answer calls directly through the speaker when connected via Bluetooth:

• Answer Call: Press the Play/Pause button (▶||) once.
• End Call: Press the Play/Pause button (▶||) once during a call.
• Reject Call: Press and hold the Play/Pause button (▶||) for 2 seconds.
• Activate Voice Assistant: Double-press the Play/Pause button (▶||) to activate Siri or Google Assistant.

Other Connectivity Methods

• AUX Input: Connect an external audio device using the provided 3.5mm AUX cable. The speaker will automatically switch to AUX mode.
• TF Card Playback: Insert a MicroSD/TF card (up to 32GB, FAT32 format) loaded with MP3/WAV/WMA/FLAC audio files into the TF card slot. The speaker will automatically begin playback.
• NFC Connection (Android Only): For compatible Android devices, simply tap your device to the NFC area on the speaker to establish a quick Bluetooth connection without manual pairing.
