  • General Cleaning: Use a dry or slightly damp cloth to clean the exterior of the microscope and stand. Do not allow water to enter any openings.
  • Storage: When not in use, store the microscope in a clean, dry, and dust-free environment. Protect it from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

8. Troubleshooting

  • No Power: Ensure the battery is charged or the device is connected to a power source. Check the power cable connection.
  • No Image on Screen: Verify the microscope is powered on. Adjust the focus wheel and vertical height of the stand. Ensure the lens cap (if any) is removed.
  • Image is Blurry: Fine-tune the focus wheel. Adjust the object's distance from the lens. Ensure the lens is clean.
  • Cannot Save Images/Videos: Check if a Micro SD card is properly inserted. Ensure the card has sufficient free space. The card may need to be formatted (refer to device settings for formatting options).
  • Microscope Not Connecting to PC: This model does not support direct live viewing connection to a PC. Transfer files via the Micro SD card.
  • Insufficient Lighting: Adjust the brightness of the main LED lights. Utilize the two additional adjustable LED lights for extra illumination.
