Setup Guide

1. Download the Geeni App

Search for "Geeni" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and download the app. You can also scan the QR code below:

2. Register or Log In

Open the Geeni app. If you are a new user, tap "Register" and follow the on-screen instructions to create an account. If you already have an account, log in.

3. Power On the Camera

Connect the USB power cable to the Micro USB input on the back of the camera and plug the adapter into a power outlet. The camera will power on, and the indicator light will begin to flash, indicating it's ready for pairing.

4. Add Device in the App

1. In the Geeni app, tap the "+" icon in the top right corner to add a new device.
2. Select "Video Camera" from the device list.
3. Confirm that the indicator light on your camera is flashing rapidly. If not, reset the camera according to the app's instructions.
4. Enter your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network name and password. Note: The Geeni Look camera only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks.
5. The app will generate a QR code. Hold your phone approximately 6-8 inches (15-20 cm) in front of the camera lens until you hear a prompt from the camera.
6. Once the camera connects, the indicator light will turn solid blue. The camera will then appear in your Geeni app.

Live View and Remote Access

Once connected, you can access the live video feed from your camera anytime, anywhere using the Geeni app on your smartphone or tablet. You can also view multiple cameras simultaneously.

Motion Detection and Alerts
