- Open the Freshpack insertion slot.

- The brewer will begin the brewing process, which typically takes 40-60 seconds.
- Once brewing is complete, carefully remove your hot beverage.
- Remove and discard the used Freshpack.

- Place a mug or container on the drip tray.
- Do NOT insert a Freshpack.
- Press the 'Hot Water' button.
