This manual will guide you through the setup, operation, and maintenance of your new earbuds.

3. Setup

3.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge your earbuds and charging case. The case supports rapid wireless charging and can also be charged via the included USB-C cable.

• Place the earbuds into the charging case.
• Connect the USB-C cable to the charging port on the case and to a power source, or place the case on a compatible wireless charging pad.
• The LED indicators on the case will show the charging status. A full charge takes approximately 1.5 hours.

3.2 Pairing with Your Device

The earbuds utilize Bluetooth 5.0 for a stable wireless connection up to 32 feet.

• Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
• On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), go to Bluetooth settings.
• Select "AU-Stream Hybrid" from the list of available devices.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Power On/Off

• Power On: Open the charging case, or press and hold the touch control area on both earbuds for 3 seconds.
• Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid, or press and hold the touch control area on both earbuds for 5 seconds.

4.2 Touch Controls

The AU-Stream Hybrid earbuds feature intuitive touch controls on each earbud.

• Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
• Next Track: Double tap on the right earbud.
• Previous Track: Double tap on the left earbud.
• Volume Up: Triple tap on the right earbud.
• Volume Down: Triple tap on the left earbud.
• Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud.
• Reject Call: Press and hold on either earbud for 2 seconds.
• Activate Voice Assistant (Siri/Google Assistant): Press and hold on either earbud for 2 seconds (when not on a call).

4.3 Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) & Ambient Sound Mode

The earbuds offer Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) to reduce ambient noise and an Ambient Sound function to allow you to hear your surroundings.

• Toggle Modes: Press and hold the touch control area on the left earbud for 3 seconds to cycle through ANC On, Ambient Sound, and ANC Off.

• Cleaning: Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Water Resistance: The earbuds have an IPX5 waterproof rating, meaning they can resist a sustained, low-pressure water jet spray and sweat. They are not designed for submersion. Ensure earbuds are dry before placing them back in the charging case.
• Storage: Store the earbuds in their charging case when not in use to protect them and maintain battery life.

6. Troubleshooting

• Earbuds not pairing: Ensure both earbuds are charged and out of the case. Turn off and on your device's Bluetooth, then try pairing again. If issues persist, try resetting the earbuds (refer to manufacturer's website for specific reset instructions).
• No sound from one earbud: Place both earbuds back in the case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open and try again. Ensure both earbuds are charged.

• Poor call quality: Ensure the microphones are not obstructed. Check your device's signal strength.
