Surf tablet is designed for everyday use, featuring a 7-inch LCD touchscreen display, a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor, and running on Android 9.0 Pie (Go Edition).

Setup
1. Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge your tablet. Connect the charging cable to the tablet's charging port and the power adapter to a wall outlet. The battery indicator on the screen will show charging status.
2. Powering On/Off
- To Power On: Press and hold the Power button on the side of the tablet until the ONN logo appears.
- To Power Off: Press and hold the Power button until a menu appears. Select "Power off" and confirm.
3. Initial Setup Wizard
The first time you power on your tablet, you will be guided through a setup wizard:
- Language Selection: Choose your preferred language.
- Wi-Fi Connection: Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password to connect to the internet.
- Google Account: Sign in with your existing Google account or create a new one. This is necessary for accessing the Google Play Store and other Google services.
- Date & Time: Set the correct date and time, or allow the network to set it automatically.
- Security: Set up a screen lock (PIN, pattern, or password) for device security.
Operating Your Tablet
Navigation
Your tablet uses a touchscreen for navigation:
- Tap: To select an item or open an app.
- Touch & Hold: To access contextual menus or move items.
- Swipe: To scroll through screens or lists.
- Pinch: To zoom in or out on images and web pages.
Connecting to Networks
- Wi-Fi: Go to Settings > Network & internet > Wi-Fi. Turn Wi-Fi on and select your desired network.
- Bluetooth: Go to Settings > Connected devices > Bluetooth. Turn Bluetooth on and pair with compatible devices.
Installing and Managing Apps
The ONN. Surf tablet runs on Android 9.0 Pie (Go Edition), optimized for efficiency. You can download and install applications from the Google Play Store.
- Install Apps: Open the Play Store app, search for your desired app, and tap Install.
- Uninstall Apps: Touch and hold the app icon on the home screen or app drawer, then drag it to Uninstall, or go to Settings > Apps & notifications > See all apps, select the app, and tap Uninstall.

Maintenance
Cleaning the Device
Use a soft, lint-free cloth to clean the screen and body of the tablet. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
Battery Care
The tablet has an average battery life of 4 hours. To prolong battery life:
- Reduce screen brightness.
- Turn off Wi-Fi and Bluetooth when not in use.
- Close unused applications.
- Avoid extreme temperatures.
Software Updates

Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your tablet, try the following solutions:
- Tablet not powering on: Ensure the tablet is charged. Connect it to the charger and wait a few minutes before attempting to power on again.
- Wi-Fi connection issues: Restart your Wi-Fi router. On the tablet, turn Wi-Fi off and then on again in Settings. Forget the network and reconnect.
- Apps crashing or freezing: Close the app and reopen it. If the issue persists, clear the app's cache (Settings > Apps & notifications > See all apps > [App Name] > Storage & cache > Clear cache).
- Slow performance: Close unused apps, clear cache, and ensure sufficient storage space.
