3.1 Key Components
- Scale Unit: The main body housing the weighing mechanism and electronics.
- LED Display: Large digital display for weight readings and status indicators.
- Heavy-Duty Hook: For attaching loads to be weighed.
- Control Buttons: Located on the scale unit for basic operations (ZERO, ON/OFF).
- Remote Control: For convenient operation from a distance, including functions like Zero, Tare, Hold, and Unit Conversion.
- Power Adapter: For charging the internal battery.
4. Setup
4.1 Initial Charging
Before first use, ensure the scale's internal battery is fully charged. Connect the provided DC9V/1.5A power adapter to the charging port on the scale and plug it into a suitable power outlet. The LED display may indicate charging status. A full charge provides approximately 100 hours of battery life.

5.2 Zeroing the Scale
With no load on the hook, press the ZERO button on the scale unit or the remote control. The display will show "0.00" (or similar), indicating the scale is ready for weighing.
5.3 Tare Function
To weigh an item in a container, first place the empty container on the hook. Press the TARE button on the remote control. The display will reset to "0.00". Then, add the item to the container, and the display will show only the weight of the item.
5.4 Unit Conversion
The scale supports unit conversion between kilograms (kg) and pounds (lbs). Use the designated unit conversion button on the remote control to switch between units. The active unit will be indicated on the LED display.
5.5 Weighing Procedure
- Ensure the scale is powered on and zeroed.
- Carefully attach the load to the hook.
- Allow the load to stabilize. The weight will be displayed on the LED screen.
- For stable readings, avoid swaying the load during measurement. The scale has good dynamic weighing performance.
5.6 Remote Control Usage
The wireless remote control allows for convenient operation from a safe distance. Functions include Zero, Tare, Hold, Unit Conversion, and Accumulation. Refer to the button labels on the remote for specific functions.

6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning
Clean the scale regularly with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or immerse the scale in water. Ensure the scale is dry before storage or next use.
6.2 Storage
When not in use for extended periods, store the scale in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the battery is partially charged (not fully depleted or fully charged for long-term storage) to prolong its lifespan.
6.3 Battery Care
Recharge the battery when the low battery indicator appears. Avoid completely draining the battery frequently. Use only the original power adapter for charging.
7. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Scale does not power on. | Battery is depleted or power switch is off. | Charge the battery using the provided adapter. Ensure the ON/OFF switch is in the 'ON' position. |
| Inaccurate readings. | Scale not zeroed, unstable load, or environmental factors. | Ensure the scale is zeroed before weighing. Stabilize the load. Operate in a stable environment, free from strong winds or vibrations. |
| "OL" or Overload warning. | Load exceeds maximum capacity. | Remove the excess load immediately. Do not exceed 3000 kg (6600 lbs). |
| Remote control not working. | Remote battery depleted or obstruction. | Replace the remote control batteries. Ensure there is a clear line of sight to the scale's receiver. |
