1. Setup

1.1 Package Contents

Before beginning installation, please ensure all components are present:

1.2 Pre-Installation Checks

• Compatibility: This 48-inch light strip is designed for most compact cars. For SUVs, a 60-inch version is typically recommended. Verify your vehicle's tailgate width before installation.
• Power Source: The light strip operates on a 12V DC power supply.
• Tools Required (not included): Basic automotive wiring tools (wire strippers, crimpers, electrical tape, multimeter/test pencil for identifying wires).

1.3 Installation Guide

Follow these steps for proper installation:

1. Clean the Mounting Surface:

   Thoroughly clean the area on your vehicle's tailgate where the LED strip will be mounted. Use rubbing alcohol or a suitable automotive cleaner to remove all dirt, dust, and grease. A clean surface is crucial for optimal adhesive bonding.

• Turn Signal Light: When the left or right turn signal is activated, the corresponding side of the strip illuminates in sequential yellow, indicating the turn direction.
• Parking Light: Functions as a steady red light when parking lights are on.
• Hazard Light (Double Flash): When hazard lights are activated, the entire strip flashes yellow.
• Reverse Light: When the vehicle is put into reverse, the strip illuminates in bright white.

3. Maintenance

3.1 Cleaning
