2. Safety Information

3. Setup: Blade Insertion
Before first use, or when replacing a blade, follow these steps:
- Carefully insert a new blade into the slot on the rib of the scraper.
- Press the black button and push it forward until the blade is in the last position for use.
- To retract the blade for storage, press the black button and pull it back completely until the blade is fully enclosed.

4. Operating Instructions

- Hold the scraper at a shallow angle (approximately 30 degrees) against the surface.
- Gently push the scraper forward to remove encrusted food residues and stubborn marks. Avoid excessive pressure.
- After scraping, retract the blade completely for safety.
- Clean the surface with a damp cloth to remove any remaining residue. For optimal results, consider using Dr. Beckmann Induction & Vitro Cream.

Cleaning the Scraper
