1. Important Safety Instructions

Please read all instructions carefully before using the appliance and retain them for future reference. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.

3. Setup

3.1 Assembly

1. Attach the Extension Tube: Insert the extension tube into the main motor unit until it clicks securely into place.
2. Attach the Brush Head: Connect the desired brush head (e.g., motorized multi-surface brush) to the other end of the extension tube, ensuring it locks. For handheld use, attach accessories directly to the main motor unit.

3.2 Charging the Battery

Before first use, fully charge the battery. The battery can be charged while attached to the main unit or separately.

1. Connect the charger to a power outlet.
2. Connect the charger cable to the charging port on the main motor unit or directly to the removable battery.
3. The charging indicator light will illuminate. A full charge typically takes approximately 4 hours.
4. Once fully charged, disconnect the charger.

Note: For convenient storage and charging, install the wall mount charging base in a suitable location. Ensure it is mounted securely and within reach of a power outlet.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Powering On/Off and Suction Modes

1. To turn on the vacuum cleaner, press the power button located on the main unit.
2. The vacuum cleaner will start in the default suction mode. Press the mode selection button to cycle through the available suction speeds (typically 3 speeds).
3. For normal cleaning, speeds 1 and 2 are generally sufficient. Speed 3 provides maximum suction but will drain the battery faster.
4. To turn off the vacuum cleaner, press the power button again.

4.2 Using Attachments

The Conga Rockstar 500 Ultimate comes with various attachments for different cleaning tasks:

To change attachments, press the release button on the current attachment and pull it off. Then, align the new attachment and push it on until it clicks into place.

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your vacuum cleaner.

5.1 Emptying the Dustbin

1. Ensure the vacuum cleaner is turned off.
2. Locate the dustbin release button on the main unit.
3. Press the button to detach the dustbin.
4. Empty the contents into a waste bin.
5. Reattach the dustbin securely until it clicks.

5.2 Cleaning Filters

The Conga Rockstar 500 Ultimate features both a metal filter and a normal filter, both of which are washable.

1. Remove the dustbin as described above.
2. Carefully remove the metal filter and the normal filter from the dustbin.
3. Tap the filters gently to remove loose dust.
4. Rinse both filters under cold running water until the water runs clear. Do not use detergents.
5. Allow the filters to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinserting them. Do not use the vacuum cleaner with wet filters.
6. Reinsert the dry filters into the dustbin and reattach the dustbin to the main unit.

5.3 Cleaning Brushes

1. Turn off the vacuum cleaner and detach the brush head.
2. Remove any tangled hair or debris from the brush roll using scissors or a cleaning tool.
3. If necessary, the brush roll can be removed from the brush head for deeper cleaning. Refer to the brush head's specific instructions for removal.
4. Ensure the brush roll is free of obstructions before reassembling.

5.4 Battery Care

• Avoid fully discharging the battery frequently to prolong its lifespan.
• Store the vacuum cleaner in a cool, dry place when not in use.
• If storing for an extended period, charge the battery to approximately 50% and recharge every few months.
