Setup and Assembly

The EVOLAND F-bike is designed for easy assembly, with most of the main frame pre-assembled. Follow these steps:

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
  2. Stabilizer Bars: Attach the front and rear stabilizer bars to the main frame using the provided bolts and nuts. Ensure they are securely fastened.
  3. Pedals: Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. Screw them into the corresponding crank arms. The left pedal screws counter-clockwise, and the right pedal screws clockwise. Tighten firmly.
  4. Seat and Backrest: Attach the seat and backrest to the seat post. Adjust the seat height to your preference using the quick-release lever. The seat has 5 adjustable levels.
  5. Handlebars and Monitor: Connect the handlebars to the main frame. Attach the digital monitor to the designated slot on the handlebars and connect the pulse sensor wires.
  6. Resistance Bands: Attach the resistance bands to the designated points on the frame if desired for additional upper body workouts.
  7. Final Check: Before first use, double-check all connections and ensure the bike is stable.

Operating Instructions

Adjusting Resistance

The EVOLAND F-bike features 8 levels of magnetic resistance. To adjust the resistance, turn the tension control knob located on the main frame. Turn clockwise for higher resistance and counter-clockwise for lower resistance.

Using the LCD Monitor

The integrated LCD monitor tracks your workout data. It displays:
