Components List
Before assembly, please verify that all components are present and undamaged. Refer to the assembly diagram for identification of parts.
| Part | Description | Quantity |
|---|---|---|
| A | Cot End Panels (Headboard/Footboard) | 2 |
| B | Cot Side Rails (Fixed) | 2 |
| C | Mattress Base | 1 |
| D | Teething Rails (Pre-fitted on side rails) | 2 |
| E | Hardware Pack (Bolts, Barrel Nuts, Allen Key) | 1 set |
Setup and Assembly
Assembly requires two adults. Ensure you have adequate space and all components before beginning. Do not use power tools for assembly as this may overtighten fittings and cause damage.
Step 1: Attach Side Rails to End Panels (Cot Mode)
Align the holes on the cot side rails (B) with the pre-drilled holes on the cot end panels (A). Secure using the provided bolts and barrel nuts from the hardware pack (E). Ensure the teething rails (D) are facing upwards and inwards.

Step 2: Install Mattress Base
The mattress base (C) can be set at three different heights. Choose the appropriate height based on your child's age and development:
- Highest Position: For newborns and infants who cannot sit up unaided. This allows easier access to your baby.
- Middle Position: For babies who are starting to sit up.
- Lowest Position: For babies who can sit unaided or pull themselves to a standing position. This is the safest position to prevent climbing out.
Insert the mattress base (C) into the grooves on the cot end panels (A) at your desired height. Secure it with the remaining hardware. Ensure the base is level and firmly secured.

Converting to Toddler Bed
To convert the cot into a toddler bed, remove both cot side rails (B). The cot end panels (A) will serve as the headboard and footboard for the toddler bed. Ensure the mattress base (C) is set to the lowest position for the toddler bed configuration. No additional parts are required for this conversion.

Operating Instructions
Mattress Placement
Place a suitable mattress (not included) onto the mattress base. The recommended mattress size for this cot bed is 140cm x 70cm, with a maximum thickness of 10cm. Ensure there are no gaps larger than 30mm between the mattress and the sides of the cot bed.
Adjusting Mattress Height
To adjust the mattress height, you will need to partially disassemble the cot. Carefully remove the mattress and mattress base. Re-attach the mattress base to the desired height setting using the appropriate pre-drilled holes on the end panels. Always ensure all fittings are securely tightened after adjustment.
Maintenance and Care
- Cleaning: Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners or strong chemicals. Dry thoroughly after cleaning.
- Inspections: Regularly inspect all components for wear and tear, loose fittings, or damage. Pay particular attention to the teething rails.
- Fittings: Periodically check and re-tighten all bolts and screws to ensure the cot bed remains stable and secure.
