Setup

Physical Installation

2. Mount the Switch: Remove the adhesive tape backing from the back of the switch. Firmly press the switch onto the desired surface. Alternatively, use the provided screws to mount it to a wall box if preferred.
3. Attach Faceplate: Snap the decorative faceplate onto the mounted switch.

App Pairing and Configuration

1. Download Cync App: Download the Cync app (formerly C by GE) from your smartphone's app store.
2. Create Account: Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to create a Cync account or log in if you already have one.
3. Add Device: In the Cync app, navigate to "Add Devices" and select "Wire-Free Switch/Remote". Follow the app's instructions to pair your new dimmer switch.
