4. Setup
4.1 Attaching the Auxiliary Handle
- Loosen the auxiliary handle by rotating it counter-clockwise.

- Tighten the handle by rotating it clockwise until secure.
4.2 Installing the Depth Stop
- With the auxiliary handle attached, insert the depth stop rod through the hole in the handle.
- Adjust the depth stop to the desired drilling depth. The distance from the tip of the drill bit to the end of the depth stop indicates the drilling depth.
- Secure the depth stop by tightening the auxiliary handle.

4.3 Inserting and Securing Drill Bits
- Ensure the drill is unplugged from the power source.
- Insert the chuck key into one of the holes on the chuck.
- Rotate the chuck key counter-clockwise to open the chuck jaws.
- Insert the drill bit fully into the chuck, ensuring it is centered.
- Rotate the chuck key clockwise to tighten the chuck jaws firmly around the drill bit. Tighten in all three holes for maximum grip.
- Remove the chuck key before operating the drill.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Powering On/Off and Speed Control
- To start the drill, press the trigger switch. The speed is variable, meaning the harder you press the trigger, the faster the drill bit will rotate.
- For continuous operation, press the trigger switch fully and then press the lock-on button. Release the trigger to engage the lock.
- To stop the drill from continuous operation, press the trigger switch again.
- To stop the drill from momentary operation, simply release the trigger switch.
5.2 Selecting Drilling Mode (Impact/Drill)
The mode selector switch is located on the top of the drill body, near the chuck.
- For drilling in wood, metal, or plastic, set the selector to the drill symbol (rotary only).
- For drilling in masonry or concrete, set the selector to the hammer symbol (impact drilling).
5.3 Changing Rotation Direction (Forward/Reverse)
The forward/reverse switch is located above the trigger switch.
- To drill or drive screws, push the switch to the left for forward rotation.
- To remove screws or free a jammed drill bit, push the switch to the right for reverse rotation.
- Ensure the drill is completely stopped before changing the direction of rotation.
5.4 Drilling Tips
- Always use sharp drill bits appropriate for the material being drilled.
- Apply steady, even pressure. Do not force the drill.
- For metal drilling, use a center punch to mark the hole location and apply cutting oil to cool the bit.
- For masonry drilling, start with a slow speed to create a pilot hole, then increase speed and apply impact mode.
- When drilling large holes, start with a smaller pilot hole.
