4. Setup Instructions
4.1 Charging the Devices
Before first use, fully charge both the bodypack transmitter and the receiver. Use the provided dual charging cable to charge both units simultaneously. A red light indicates charging, and it will turn off when fully charged. Full charge typically takes 2-3 hours and provides approximately 6 hours of work time.

4.2 Connecting to Devices
The YM-2 receiver features a 1/4" plug for direct connection to PA speakers, mixers, and amplifiers. For other devices, use the appropriate adapters:
- DSLR Camera, Digital Camera, Laptop, Desktop: Use the 6.35mm to 3.5mm TRS adapter.
- iPad & Smartphones: Use the 6.35mm to 3.5mm TRRS adapter. For smartphones without a 1/8" jack (e.g., iPhone 7 and above, or phones with USB-C only), a separate Type-C/Apple adapter cable (not included) is required.
Note: This system is not compatible with Macbook or Bluetooth speakers.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Power On/Off
Press and hold the power button on both the transmitter and receiver to turn them on or off. Ensure both units are powered on for proper operation.
5.2 Frequency Selection
The microphone system offers 32 selectable frequencies per channel. If you experience interference, press the 'CHA' or 'MHz' buttons on the bodypack transmitter to switch to a different frequency. This helps ensure stable signal transmission.
5.3 Volume Control
The system features volume control to adjust the output level as needed for your specific application.
5.4 Microphone Usage
Choose the appropriate microphone for your needs:
- Lavalier Mic: Ideal for hands-free operation, often clipped to clothing.
- Headset Mic: Provides secure fit and consistent microphone placement for active users.
- Handheld Mic (Stand Mic): Versatile for interviews, presentations, or general use with the included tripod.

- No Sound/Poor Audio Quality:
- Ensure both transmitter and receiver are fully charged and powered on.
- Check all cable connections and ensure the correct adapter is used for your device.
- Switch frequencies on the transmitter to avoid interference.
- Ensure the microphone is positioned correctly and within optimal range.
- Missing or Damaged Parts: In rare cases, components may be missing or damaged upon arrival, such as a broken jack tip. Please contact customer support for assistance if this occurs.
- Compatibility Issues: Remember the system is not compatible with Macbook or Bluetooth speakers. Ensure your device is listed as compatible.
